Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FindMess ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

FindMess is a mobile application that allows users to receive notifications about the online status and activity patterns of their connections. The service is designed to help users stay informed about their circle without constant manual checking.

User Responsibilities

By using FindMess, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Only add contacts with their knowledge and consent where required by law
• Not use the App to stalk, harass, or invade the privacy of others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization

Subscriptions and Payments

FindMess offers subscription-based premium features:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of FindMess are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
